 Application: Vertical hoisting of steel plate.
Loading range: 1-16 ton.
Low carbon steel alloy HRC 45-52.
One piece or two pieces are recommended for hoisting operation, and the maximum weight lifted with one piece is the working load limit.
Multi plates can not be lifted, only life one piece of steel plate one time, and the loaded object shall not touch anything when operating. Up the lock lever to tighten lock spring when it is under loading, and down the lock lever to loose lock spring when it is under unloading.
Testing load of DSQ1, DSQ2, DSQ3 and DSQ5 is two times of rated load, and breaking load is four times of rated load; testing load of DSQ8, DSQ12 and DSQ16 is 1.5 times of working load limit and breaking load is 3 times of working load limit.
